Now you can use your favorite sdxl model to create base pose/content and then use low denoised z-image to enhance/upscale the image. This is a two stage workflow using sdxl sampler followed by z-image sampler. For nsfw content i suggest using this z-image lora for female anatomy - https://civarchive.com/models/2300321?modelVersionId=2588370 at strength 0.6 with clothes, 0.8 nude.
