This workflow can make a decent 1024x102 image in 12 seconds, a good image in 30 seconds and a really good one in 60 seconds, depending on how long you want to let it cook!

Needs technodes nodes but these do not install. Maybe I'm doing it wrong. Is there a solution?

I fixed some of the code that was causing frequent errors.
ZIB wasn't really my thing; I prefer to stick with ZIT fp8. So I deleted everything from your workflow except the samplers and then added them to my own workflow using your settings. My images definitely look better now than before, so good work! The settings really enhance any ZIT workflow. I've taken a few of your prompts and uploaded them here.
wth are z image ae and ultra flux ae for z? are these new names you've come up for ultra flux vae and flux vae or different files? Also where do you find the VAE merge node. For Best Image Quality try:
I recommend using 80% of the UltraFlux VAE merged on the fly with 20% of the Normal Zit/Flux VAE for sharper images

This custom node: https://civitai.com/models/2231351?modelVersionId=2638152 does a merge of the 2 VAE on the fly as the UltraFlux- VAE can be a little too sharp-looking on its own and definitely is if you use it for upscales.
@J1B sorry for the rude comment. I was a bit agitated yesterday. I figured it out. The VAE Merge node needed a change from the default channel to legacy one.
