I do not know what i'm doing wrong, when I put a person and a background, the person is semi transparent in the final video.
Please make sure the image of the person has the same background and not in the replacement mode
it generate only 2seconds... how do I make it generate at least 10 seconds?
ok I set frame load cap to 0 and it generated my 20 sec video, but the quality is shit.... how did you even generated a 40 sec video???????????/
ai is an iterative process, especially with scail as it can be quirky. generally you run 5-10 second tests at low res/fps/steps. once youre satisfied with testing, add time to make sure the full run is still going smoothly, then you bump up the settings for the final result (you may still need to seed hunt).
however, this wflow seems to allow you to work with segments and, from the video, it looks like you can regen a specific segment? but the tutorial is hard to understand and the video uses a different version from what i dl'd so i have no clue how to do it yet.
if youre new to ai videos or the scail model itself, i'd recommend trying a simpler wflow and working with shorter clips until you understand how wan/scail handles things.
@tastycatnip You're absolutely right. I've spent a lot of time creating and improving the nodes in this workflow, and it's still in progress. I simply don't have time to create a detailed tutorial now. Hopefully, I'll have time to make a more detailed text tutorial later, and then create a video version.
@LHQAQ that would be awesome but i think i figured it out. using references is a game changer, so i've been fiddling with it when i can. it just has a learning curve compared to simpler wflows.
i'll upload some examples once i've played around with it more and can get better quality. though civit seems to be broken again and isn't showing me recent videos...
when replacement is off and a dedicated reference image is selected for background that is different than charechter reference , charechter reference background bleed into the final video. sometimes source video background also bleeds into the output video.
