I haven't seen any realistic footjob models,and last time I made a TI footjob model,but the mosaic-censored is very annoying,and it's not suit for the realistic style,so I use some uncensored pics to train it.
Unfortunatly,I didn't check tags very carefully,so most of time the results is weird,I would update better model in next version.
AbyssOrangeMix2,Grapefruit,ChilloutMix is recommended.
if you want anime style,the lora weight I recommend 0.4~0.7.
if you want realistic style,the lora weight I recommend 0.7~1,I think it will overfitting.
Really need your suggestions about training pose model.

I generate many pictures but just few like yours
It can work, but first, it is hard to produce a good quality picture, it might has some overfit problem; second, it is hard to combine this lora with others, seems to lead to error easily. But thanks, footjob is a hard task for lora trainning as feet itself is a bigger problem than hands.
