Headline: V2 is finally here! Things got a little wild (in the best way possible) 🚀

    What's changed?
I’ve put a lot of work into making this version feel more "real." You'll notice much better textures, lighting, and composition. I also focused heavily on the faces—no more "death stares!" Everything feels way more natural now. It also plays very nicely with other character LoRAs.

    How to prompt:
It works with any style, but it really shines when you use natural language. Try writing a short paragraph (4–5 sentences) describing the scene. If you have something specific in mind, put it in the prompt; if not, let the LoRA surprise you!

You can copy a few of my prompts and give your LLM as reference to produce similar prompts.

    Workflow:
Easy setup: Use your V1 workflow and just swap out the LoRA.

    A note on NSFW:
Yes, this version does NSFW! However, since I used a lot of "regular" high-quality photos to fix the skin and expressions, it's a bit more subtle.
    * Avoid one-liners if you're going for NSFW; give it some detail (4–5 sentences) to get the best results.
    * Strength: You can hit 1.0 with a good prompt, but I personally prefer 1.5–2.0 for that extra punch.

    V1

    Krea 2 LoRA.

Realistic skin, anatomy, and clothing. This LoRA handles all ethnicities, ages, and body shapes. It works for SFW and NSFW content.

Weight Guide: 1.0: General purpose. 1.5 to 2.0: NSFW.

@Shekhar_Kumar93221 I will look into it

could it be because females are covered in paint? that doesn't even look real in real life.

@ducky66 Thing is while making dataset, it's very hard to get faces without makeup. And the model during training gets confused. I maybe need to tighten the dataset more and only keep without makeup photos

    KYoshinoJul 5, 2026· 1 reaction

@ducky66 @RudySen  Probably that and also most women's pics have a fuckton of filters, it must be a pain in the ass to make a big dataset, when i was making just a 30 pics dataset of wonyoung it took me an entire day to find decent pics that didn't look like they were smeared with vaseline.

why is it funny if its a good thing?

    jeremypierre076910Jul 14, 2026

Noticed that too, males makeup is a haircut or a shave, women can look so different even plastic in real life guess its the same for AI lol.

the best realism lora, the only problem is that alter the face too much compared to realism lora from higging face

Thanks. Are you talking about V1 or V2, in my testing V2 does not alter face that much if not at all. But let me know if you are seeing that with V2, I will definitely look into it.

    winielourson2852Jul 2, 2026

@RudySen Tried V2 and ofc it's way better in that point, but there is a bit of room to improve in that point. I still prefer the one from huggingface because it feel more natural, this one tends to add too much sharpness on skins resulting in a overall loss of quality, even more noticeable at high strengh. But the look of this lora is better with slightly desaturated colors. keep going bro

I hope his Lora does not kill the ethnicity flexibility like other Krea2 lora's do

Hey, not sure what's going on but I use the WAN2.1 upscale 2x VAE to get better sharpness out of my gens. but When I have your LORA activated it seems to completely break the VAE and creates a lot of visual artifacts.

This only happens with your lora.

    here's the VAE node: https://github.com/spacepxl/ComfyUI-VAE-Utils

Not sure. I will check it out. Could be because my lora is already sharp enough and adding more sharpness from VAE might be breaking it.

I tried V2, but I'm having trouble with an increase in pubic hair. Setting it to a negative value reduces it.

Yes V2 was an experiment to see if something like that possible. Think slider lora concept but with actual lora
