CBUNCT — Uncut Penis Video LoRA for MiniMax H3
My Krea 2 uncut penis LoRA proved popular, so I’ve adapted the concept for video generation with MiniMax H3.
This LoRA can:
Generate an uncut penis from scratch in a text-to-video workflow.
Preserve an uncut penis during movement in an image-to-video workflow.
Maintain consistent anatomy for a character in a reference-to-video workflow.
What Changed in V2?
After releasing the initial pre-release version, I discovered inconsistencies in the dataset captions—particularly contradictory descriptions of the foreskin. As a result, the first version performed reliably mainly with image-to-video.
I’ve now corrected and refined the captioning throughout the dataset. The improvement is substantial enough that I’m calling this release V2.
The showcase clips were created quickly using text-to-video only, demonstrating that V2 can now generate the intended anatomy without requiring a source image.
Trigger Keyword
The trigger CBUNCTkeyword appears to be optional in practice, but using it may help reinforce the concept and improve consistency.

Hello, you have trigger word, but I see none in your example prompt. Where do you put the trigger word ?
I've found that most modern models don't really need the trigger since the visual concepts are permanently bonded to the model's overall understanding when training your LoRA. It's rare that they are actually needed, and mainly come into play with SDXL and earlier models
Hi, I am using Text 2 Video with the lora strength of 1 but the penis looks strange.
I just want to render a simple penis.
this preview is best for image to video or reference to video
use my krea 2 uncut lora to generate your keyframe(s) and the animate them with H3

typically yes. This one is still preview. I am continuing to train this one

@coachbate Thanks for letting me know, ill try 100% again, seems to still come out deformed at other levels, does this work well with speed lora or is thatwhat might be the problem?

I have the new training run completed and need to pick a checkpoint after running some showcase tests
@FFFFFFFFFuuuu I was able to get the turbo lora to work with it at 8 steps. anything less would corrupt the audio
I've added a post to the gallery with a bracketed set of tests of the same prompt and seed with this LoRA at various strengths: 1.00, 0.75, 0.50, 0.30, 0.00 (control). Turbo "Larry" 600 step LoRA, 8 steps, full BF16 models.
