Trained on 153 images and 198 video clips of penises from the front view and the side. With no audio.
Prompt "The penis is visible from the side" for side view of penis head.
Prompt "The penis is visible from the front" for the front view of the penis head.
This will also effect how breasts are generated (imo in a good way), it should keep face likeness with minimal if no effect. If you find that the any motion is awkward you probably need to give more time in the shot.
Originally I trained on images only up to around 11k steps, and surprisingly the motion it learned there was not bad at all. Then I added in the videos on top of the images and trained for another 2.5k steps. I think it could use more training, so I will release now and potentially have a newer version soon.

Just trained more steps, up to 10k but I liked 6.3k the most. Give it a try and let me know how it goes. Next update will take a while and I'll probably add in POV angle in that version. Also 9k steps version in the optional files, it has nicer motion maybe but the look is a bit glossy/smooth.

works well with mystic 4, need to play with str levels a bit, 8 steps minimum with turbo. Gives it that pen plus a bit more cinematic look for t2v!

I do not know if those guys are posting the videos that were made by img2video mode, rather than using this lora. I think this would make me have a biased expectation for results

I want to add POV angle, sound, and maybe some from behind angles too. I dont think adding futa (vagina + penis) will be good for the model, that should be its own separate lora. At some point as well improving cum realness. I'm just busy with other projects atm, and this lora seems pretty stable otherwise. Also if a new better distill training method appears, I will probably give it another try.

It works really well on its own, but does it seem to conflict with pussy LoRAs? I’ve tried using quite a few pussy-related LoRAs together with a penis LoRA, and either the penis becomes blurry or the woman’s lower body gets swollen. Do you know if there’s any way to fix this?
can you put also some small ones in your training? the small ones looks not real good. especially in "the act" when penetrating. etc. it makes them really big again no matter the position.
