Thanks! Will try it soon. Photon was one of my fab realistic models a year ago or so.

bold strategy... let's see if it works out. until then, i'll just add my own lcm

Hi.I tried your model yesterday and I like it. In AnimateDiff it generates quickly at 1024x576 resolution
    Here's an example:

sorry but how do you put a reference video on animated diff ? i use atumatic 1111 , no workflows

@ViktoriaBlank Hi. I'm generating in Comfy

So, it's mixed with LCM lora already, we don't need to add LCM lora with this, bypass that guys or you will have very sharp images. I was not aware of this.. overall works great for 8 steps in animatediff. Thanks 😍

correct! it is mixed with LCM. If you want more CFG, you can always add ANOTHER LCM lora with it to simulate CFG. The idea with this is you want to use only 1 CFG, but if you want more contrast or less, you use another LCM lora to simulate it without using the CFG value. 1 CFG is much faster than anything above it because it doesnt encode the negative prompt. if you want the most true speed increase from LCM, you have to use 1 CFG

@machinedelusions what about negative prompts for hands/fingers, what LoRA can we use for that instead?

i actually dont use any, but it should work with most popular ones that work with SD1.5

Personally I found this works best with faces more than bodies. It also adds a lot of focus which I haven't figured out how curtail the focus yet.

Works incredible on low light and greyscale images, takes a bit longer to get the result on these images but they turn out great with the tile controlnet.
