Excuse me, but what are the exact triggers for the Lora?
I tried to copy some of the prompt words of your images that seemed important and the result was a big blur.
Needed to copy everything exactly to get some decent images.
Also are really all those negative words needed? I thought Pony mostly didnt needed those.
The actual Trigger word should be Overwatch_Mei. Sometimes I have the same issues with certain other Lora, I would try without any other Lora and then slowly add them in too see if one inparticular doesn't like it.
