CoffeeMix is intended primarily for producing more cartoony, flatter anime pictures that tend to have more pronounced lineart and cel shading.

This model is not intended for detailed illustrations so backgrounds will be on the simpler/cartoony side. It works best with simple, short prompts and I highly encourage trying fewer tokens(prompt length and embeddings) if you dislike the results.

Use EasyNegative on negative prompt. VAE is baked-in.

My recommended sampler is DPM++ 2M Karras with 20 sampling steps, but other samplers work just fine. Model is pretty sfw unless you add nsfw into positive prompt.

Solid, but I seem to get consistently better results on the NSFW instead. The NSFW version seems to be sharper with better defined lines etc in all the side by side tests I've run

I've tried DPM Karras and variosu samplers, but for the SFW version it seems like I have to back and inpaint to get crisp results, where as the NSFW seems really nice right off the bat without needing extra inpainting.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Hello! I hadn't done any tests comparing it to the NSFW model so I went back and tried some. In general, the only differences I saw in the quality of the results was that the NSFW tended to produce more saturated pictures with clearly defined shadows(because it uses CoffeeMix_v1 as base, which also makes more saturated pictures). The sharpness does indeed seem better on the NSFW, but in my tests CoffeeMix_v2 still has better line definition. I hope to improve the sharpness on CoffeeMix with future iterations, and given how much better LoRAs look in v2, maybe it's time to iterate on NSFW as well. Thanks for the feedback, it helps diagnosing things I would not.

With 2.0 I only get furry girls, Even when prompting just "1girl". The coffeensfw produces normal results. Eh?
EDIT:
Nevermind. It seems to need some negative prompts to not default to kemonomimi's... if you know it...
