V3.5 - Has 'cuter' features and is slightly more stylised.
V3.1 - Has more 'realistic' features and slightly more 2.5d.

Ah, More importantly - Many KUDOS for saying "don't use this model" and pointing to one that you felt was better while still leaving the last one up for someone that may want it either way.

I also tested both v3.1 and v3.5 extensively and I generally prefer v3.5. Although the backgrounds are sometimes a bit less detailed, it has an overall cuter style. But I guess that's just my subjective opinion.
Yea, it's definitely hard to judge models.
I think the main issue with v3.5 is the cuter style. I think both v1, v2, and v3 focused on having a more semi-realistic style, but v3.5 turned out much more cuter than I expected. If you directly compare generations from v3.5 and v3.1, you'll notice that characters in v3.5 have bigger heads, more pale skin and slightly different body proportions, which is different from all previous models. The issue with this is that it becomes very hard to get "realistic" body proportions similar to previous versions.
This leaves v3.5 in a very weird spot, where it almost feels like a separate model style-wise. If you do a side by side comparison of lots of different prompts, you'll see what I mean.
v3.5 is definitely not a bad model, but I'm not really too sure what to do with it because it feels like such a big change from everything prior.
Maybe I'm just overthinking it and I should just keep it as v3.5.... Ahh well.
@EvaClausAIÂ It is definitely a matter of personal preferences and I completely agree with your description of their differences. I guess it also depends on the characters and which style fits them better.
EvaClausMix Pony XL is my favourite model. Too bad I can't use it on this site.

The only thing I'd like it to do better is the dark skins/black skins/grey skins on girls (and maybe some other colors). If you ever make a new version and are in capacity to improve that specific point that would be so cool !
It’s a shame that we can’t use this on this website…I really like the EvaClaus model but sadly it just isn’t available to use on this website.
