Any subset or combination of the tags "monster, goddess, demon, machine, alien" should be enough to give you something interesting. Bear in mind that it was trained mostly on portrait art so it's not the best with backgrounds.

The underlying data isn't NSFW (at least not any more so than what you'd see in the games), but it's perfectly capable of being used for such imagery with the right model.
