This is my first lora so it's not great as I'm still learning but you can still get some interesting results. I will try and update it at some point but I thought I'd upload this version for people to play with.
I'm a big fan of movies like "The Thing" and wanted to trya nd recreate some similar creature effects. As there didn't seem to be many loras like this around I thought I would give it a try.
I didn't add any triggers but it works well with the words "disgusting body horror creature".
You can change the word "creature" for something else like "person" or "dog" for example but in some models it will always try and add human forms, most likely because of using the word "body" in the prompt. I will try and add some triggers in the next version.
At high levels it can create some pretty gross stuff but at lower levels and combined with other loras it can also create some nice creature effects.
I tested it on quite a few different models and it seems to work well for realistic stuff as well as anime.

Yes some of my images are still awating moderation. I guess they are a bit too disgusting.
Don't feel bad. My picture of Isabelle eating a hamburger got flagged for review. That was truly a head scratcher.

@Lubenoodle I think I might have given the mods some extra work with this one. I'm sure they will get to them eventually. Some of mine took several hours to appear. Although I don't know how bad yours are, people have managed to create some real monstrosities.

@Lubenoodle Ok they must have pretty horrendous then becaus i'm not sure why necromorphs would trigger being removed. I made this lora specifically for creating creatures like that and people have posted a lot of just blood and guts stuff without triggering a ban. Maybe you could try toning them down a tad. It could also just be that some mods are a bit more strict than others I guess.
@Lubenoodle Btw if you can't post them here if you find me on Reddit I made a post about the lora in the Stable Diffusion sub when I was testing out a previous version. You can try posting some images there if you like, It's fun to see what people have created with it.

This is a great lora for Fallout-esk creatures like the centaur. Gunna play around with this more today as I got other loras I want to combined this with that I think will create some interesting stuff.
Nice! Not sure how successful it will be, this one is a bit hard to control and likes to repeat some poses so I will try and make a V2 at some point.

I've made a few XL versions in the past but I've not really been happy with how they turned out. I've been meaning to have another go but been busy with other stuff lately. Glad you like this version though. One thing you can do which is something I've been doing lately is using 1.5 to generate images and then sticking them through XL as Img2Img. If you check out my Instagram I have a lot of recent images incorporating that technique. I have it linked on my profile, it's creaturousai.
