Slider for adjusting mainly leg length, works best with anime.
Can be very flexible, but might need some careful prompting to get desired result. Different Checkpoints can give very different results. Adding "size difference" can sometimes help.
It also makes shorter fatter and taller skinny, so prompt accordingly.

All of your sliders are excellent. I use one or more in most of my images. Helps cut down on the cookie cutter appearances where sometimes prompts otherwise break things or are inconsistent

This is my favorite slider. I'd love for you to revisit it as you are updating to Illustrious
this is an amazing control - it reduces the anime proportions while leaving styles mostly intact. Really nice training.
