Flux.1 S [Shnell] is a 12 billion parameter T2I rectified flow transformer model, developed by Black Forest Labs, allowing to generate high-quality images in only 1 to 4 steps.
"Flux.1 S 16Gb" is a safetensors with baked T5 fp8, Clip L and VAE
Put the model in the checkpoint directory of ComfyUI.

Is this a joke? It's not fp16, it's fp8, which is why it's significantly smaller than fp18 fp16. And the OP's example image in the gallery wasn't made with this merge, according to the nodes when you drag it into ComfyUI.
