When I use this lora it rather seems to destroy the composition instead of enhancing it. As far as I have tested it, flux just looks better without it. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong here?

Very limited testing: Use this at 0.4 to get rid of the airbrushed look, without messing up the things that make Flux good. At 0.8 and 1.0 it was messing up the hands.

Does this LORA work with anything other than Flux? I use it and it seems there is a noticeable effect in the detail of the faces.

This Lora insists on generating a microphone in hand and a lanyard around the neck, no matter what you tell it. This was quickly confirmed during a brief test. I still need to figure out where the problem is, whether it's with the Lora or something else.

I know that this model sparks controversy, messes up hands and compositions, but it brings a magical and fairytale-like atmosphere to the generated images. I recommend giving it a try.

Has absolutely no effect on the image. I tried it on all gguf & og flux, & tried euler & dpm & nothing changes.

I'm aware that a version of this LoRA has been made explicitly for comfyUI as the former one didn't change anything at all. If you can get that version you can actually enjoy a pretty good LoRA. Tested this one here on Comfyflow and it can easily give me crippled figures unless I lower its strength to, say, .6 or less, which means it has worked so far and just needs some tuning.

The worst part of it is there is no documentation at all and you can only proceed by other's feedbacks and guesswork.

The comfyui version works pretty well. Might need to lower strength to avoid hands being messed up.

Personally I don't see much difference. Examining the images, it seems the Lora makes the microphone longer, but aside from that, I don't see much for increased realism over the images that don't have the Lora. Of course I did run these in my own model that already has high realism. It does look nice overall and maybe if you are using the base Flux or using it on an online generator that you can add the Lora in with a link or something, it can be a nice addition.

How to even get this working in ForceUI? I'm using Flux bnb nf4 v2... Is there a compatible version?

this lora is by bytedance and intended to be used with their infiniteYou script for Flux models, you may find the explanation on their github here

I am a huge fan of this model and use it for most of my images. a great addition to my characters aswell.

Adds what lacks to flux when the prompt forces the model, sometimes at the expense of details.
