All pics used the extension adetailer on A1111 for the face
A lora that add darkness or contrast.
I recommend using strength at 0.5 but you can increase it if you want more darkness.
You can play with the tags dark, night, day.
Black background might help sometime but may keep it simple.
Working well on base Pony/Illustrious but might not with other merges.
Dataset is mostly anime pics.

It depends a lot on the specific Pony model and LORAs you combine with. I use SnowPony and AutismMix, DarkerthanDark works perfectly. One of the most useful Pony models out there actually. The illustrious, however, can make dark pictures by itself, so not sure it's actually needed...
@Nicows I can verify it works and is extremely useful with SonowPony and AutismMix. And all the style LORAs I needed it to work with.

I can't see any difference on people. The background, maybe? at very high weights becomes a bit darker. Maybe. Tested it with plenty IL models I saw no evidence of this LoRA working at all. Super simple prompts. No other LoRA loaded :/

Yeah, works fine and all for backgrounds, but that's literally it... Same experience, I've tried just about everything to get it to work, but characters remain bright for the most part.
MrSophi I recommend using a vpred model instead of this LoRA
Nicows I appreciate the reply, but I have a certain model that I use as a primary. I did end up using another similar LoRA that does work with my particular model though, so it's all good. Again, thanks, though.
As far as I can tell, the Pony version of this LORA does basically nothing for realistic generations, at least as far as the on-site generator is concerned. Chalk up another lighting LORA for Pony that does nothing.
