Just use load Lora node. If you find an image using a Lora, just copy the image and paste it into ComfyUI then you will see how it was made and you can easily download any missing nodes.

So why not use the actual version of stable-diffusion-webui-forge?

I would say use ForgeUI instead of Comfy. It is laid out just like Automatic1111 but is more advanced and faster. Loras load the exact same way as in A111. Just click lora tab, click the lora and click back to the generate tab.

sounds like you recently got into AI, trust me, you will understand why so many people use comfy, it's hard to get started but you can never go back once acclimated with it.

Does anyone have the .json for a workflow? I've tried pasting a couple of images, that didn't work.

I'm not a big fan of Comfy. Too much hassle and my results were always better in other UIs, even recreating the exact structures from A1111 or Forge. And I think many people don't really need Comfy because they don't do stuff like super complex workflows for multiple outputs, etc, but you know, Comfy makes you feel like a pro... ForgeUI is the answer.

bro you can steal other workflows if your willing to learn, hell i posted a very easy to use worklow on my profile for AIO and others just take it, just get comfyui manager and rgthree nodes from it and you are ready to go. comfy is so much better with memory management i cant believe so many people use forge its not elitest to use what works

he's right, even though comfy gives much finer grain control and much more options, I fucking hate it so much. Genuinely so much worse as a ux than forge or webui, i often find myself defaulting to either of those unless i actually need comfy for something. worst fucking ux I could possibly imagine.

ACTUAL ANSWER:
What I did was I went to the example images above, and one of them had "Copy Nodes". I control+V pasted that into the comfyui workspace, and it shows how the arrangement should work.

I agree comfy is obnoxious. Also strange how many comments there are commenting that they won't help, instead of just helping. that's more effort than just helping, guys! I for one don't think it's 'entitled' to be annoyed by obtuse design. you are in fact, ENTITLED for end user products to work smoothly for the end user without basically learning to program in C first, haha.

But it's not so bad when you save the workflows you like. For me I hunted around to get the workflows I wanted, saved them, and now I rarely mess with connecting them. And yes the ui is obnoxious. have not tried forge yet.

I paid for a month of AiTrepreneur's patreon, like 4 bucks, and he has ready-to-go flux workflows I saved.
