Rockstar's Bully was not know as "Bully" in most PAL regions, the game was in fact called Canis Canem Edit (Latin for Dog Eat Dog). This was due to certain Pal countries wanting to censor the word "bully" in order to protect the childrens. Despite their best efforts however, the entire world still knew the game was called "Bully", so forcing Rockstar to change the name was simply a futile and expensive exercise in censorship.
This is my favorite Rockstar game, and I was recently revisiting it due to rumors of a remake.
This style is derived from the beautiful loading screens/promotional material . I always found the style to be really crisp and intriguing. Its like a Disney cartoon, but with a sinister undertone.
Best weight is from 0.7-1
This works very consistently with all types of different characters.
I recommend adding the following line for visual style if you want the comic strip background just like in the loading screens.
"visual style: bullylsf1, color background, outline, 2d, background is wallpaper of various comic strip"

If you mean 1.5, i think there might already be one here on civitai someone else made, as for me making one, I didnt get enough supporters in early access for pony/flux so sadly I have to pass on making one for 1.5.

But I think the pony version would be superior to that anyways.
