Why don't you back it up with proof? I used other Loras by him and they work like like normal.
What are your ui settings? I'm having a little bit of trouble getting similar results, also with other loras of yours. If I generate up-close, it looks good, but anything further than that and it looks really weird.
All further images usually get weird it is not because of lora . You can use the high-res fix option for it
