Use ADetailer with hand model or specific tags in the negative prompt. It does great monster girls, but sometimes it turns male characters into female ones. Try and try again, or course correct in the negative prompt. "Monster girl, female monster, etc"Again, monster girls were the meat of the dataset and it has its effects - sometimes feet of human characters turn into clawed ones or hooves. Use specific tags in the main and negative prompt.
