First Last frame to video only V2

I've fixed a few errors and repositioned the switches to make them less confusing to use.

He arreglado algunos errores y he colocado los interruptores mejor para que no sea tan lioso usarlos.

First Last frame to video only

This one only includes the "first/last frame to video" part. I kept it as simple as possible for people who might get confused by the nodes.

Este solo tiene la parte de fist last frame to video. lo he dejado lo más simple posible para personas que se hagan lío con los nodos.

Reference to video only

I’ve decided to break the workflow into parts because less experienced users told me they get confused by having so many nodes. This version uses only the "Reference to video" feature.

If you get an error stating that anchors are only for the first and last frames, it is because you have the "ComfyUI-MiniMax-H3-Extend" custom node installed; it patches a file and interferes with this workflow, even though this workflow doesn't actually use it.

The first video was made using "REF to video," and the second video was made using the Camera Editor.

In REF to video I use this images:

In Camera Editor this is the image I used to create the video.

V12: I’ve included the camera editor so you can use it. I’ve also improved the "Reference to video" section.

I’m added an updated version of my text files for the prompts.

As you know, you need to place the prompts from the zip file in comfyui/models/llm/prompts.

También he mejorado la sección "Reference to video".

V 11: Did I say I wasn't going to touch the prompts anymore? Hahaha, just kidding! I’ve improved the prompts and also set it up so that if you write in another language, it translates it into English for Minimaxh3 to understand. I also fixed a node with an incorrect connection and changed the video-saving node.

Now I can finally write prompts in Spanish. Coming up with English phrases to use was becoming tedious.

The LLM I use—Qwen3.5 9B (Fable / Heretic / NEO-MAX)—understands 201 languages and dialects.

Languages it handles well for writing and translating prompts into English:

Spanish
English
Chinese
Japanese,
Korean
French,
German,
Italian,
Portuguese
Russian

Languages it handles reasonably well (it can read them, but translations may be awkward or mixed with other languages):

Arabic,
Turkish,
Polish,
Dutch,
Swedish,
Czech,
Romanian,
Hungarian,
Greek
Vietnamese,
Thai,
Indonesian,
Hindi

Languages where you shouldn't expect high-quality output:

Languages with limited data or those that are highly localized:

Basque; work sometimes
Catalan work sometimes
Galician work sometimes;
the rest are hit-or-miss.

Since I set it to read the language specified by the user—without hardcoding a specific one—it works for any language you choose.

MiniMax H3 supports 11 stable languages for dialogue: Arabic, Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish.

You can get it to speak in these languages by including tags like [spanish], [japanese], etc. The downside is that I haven't been able to stop it from translating that specific part into English and changing it. So, you'll need to include that tag when use "copy your prompt"—specifically, by adding it alongside the English prompt it generated for you initially with "make prompt".

I used this as the prompt for the video I uploaded, and it did the rest all on its own:

V 10.8: I’ve tweaked the prompts again to improve them, as I was repeating things and making them way too long. I also made stylistic improvements and fixed issues where the genitals would get distorted. Download the new zip file and place it in comfyui-models-llm-prompts.

I don't think the prompts need any more work—at least, I hope not, heh.

You really only need to use a prompt and generate the video without a second or third pass; the videos turn out great just like that.

I have a rtx5090, If I create the prompt with the workflow, it takes me 6 minutes to make a 10-second video.

If I paste a pre-made prompt, it takes about 3 minutes to make a 10-second video.

V 10.5: I’ve fixed the LLM prompts setup; it turns out the prompt files needed to be placed in a specific folder—oops! It was actually doing a pretty good job with the videos anyway... I’ve included a .zip file containing the .txt files that you need to place in comfyui/models/llm/prompts. It generates better videos now.

V 10: I’ve added plenty of notes so that people who get lost when opening a workflow know what to do; I also made it look kawaii, hehe.

Hi! I’ve re-uploaded version 9.5 because I had linked one of the mmproj files incorrectly; ComfyUI would try to check for a new version, freeze up, and then throw an error saying the model was missing if you updated it.

Everything is set up correctly now, and it’s working without issues.

It’s amazing the trouble a tiny little link can cause... sorry for the inconvenience.

¡Hola!

V 9.5: I’ve improved the LLM so it handles prompts even better, since it used to go a bit haywire sometimes. I switched the model because the i2q version I was using was so small that it would occasionally forget it was uncensored and refuse to generate the prompts. I’ve made the current model available as files to be downloaded along with its corresponding mmproj.

In the 9.0 version: I've simplified the prompts into a single subgraph and added images with explanations on how to use the workflow. I've also added the semantic bridge, which makes the prompts work better in the video.

In version 8.5 I added switches to avoid errors that occurred when bypassing some nodes.

In version 8.0: I've added several ways to create videos. And I've improved the prompts so they're better even when no text is entered. I've also added a color corrector for each frame and a timer so you can see how long the video takes to create.

In version 7.0 I've added a way to create preview videos and more refiners, and I've also included nodes that speed up the process.

https://civarchive.com/articles/34434/how-to-use-my-minimaxh3-workflow

https://civarchive.com/articles/34432/como-usar-mi-workflow-de-minimaxh3

Version 6.5: I've improved the prompts so they can improvise if you haven't typed anything. You practically don't have to type anything, just add the image, haha. You can tell it to make a video improvising, then copy the prompt, change it however you want, and make another video with your own prompt.

I've also fixed the dialogues so that it doesn't improvise such long dialogues that they don't fit in a 10-second video.

The example videos I've included are improvised by the AI, haha. I didn't expect it to make a "pafu pafu" sound to a guy or put her on a pirate ship, haha.

Version 6.0 corrected because I forgot put the upscaler...😅😅

In this version 6.0, I've further refined the prompt system so that it doesn't change the text you enter, but rather improves it. If you don't enter text, it will use the image and create the prompt itself. I've also added three compilation steps to improve quality. In the toggle panel, you can choose how many steps you want it to perform. You can also enable or disable LoRa Turbo.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This version 5.0 is for use with the turbo Lora. It turns out that with previous versions it didn't work properly because I hadn't added the nodes that enable turbo functionality😅😅.

I've also improved the NSFW LLM so that penetrations, breast bounces, and moans are better. I've also added a lighter version of the LLM so that it takes less time to generate prompts.

https://huggingface.co/DavidAU/Qwen3.6-27B-Heretic-Uncensored-FINETUNE-NEO-CODE-Di-IMatrix-MAX-GGUF/blob/main/Qwen3.6-27B-NEO-CODE-HERE-2T-OT-IQ2_M.gguf

In version 4.5, I've fixed how to add your pre-made prompts because it was causing an error. I've also fixed the issue where the LLM would crash if the image it had to read was too large, because it would then say it had exceeded the maximum token size and wouldn't generate any prompts. When that happens, I don't know why it always plays videos with the characters speaking Chinese, haha.

In this version 4.0, I've used the llm model from this workflow https://civarchive.com/models/2834106/minimaxh3-auto-prompter-v61?modelVersionId=3236905

and combined it with my system of creating the prompt in chunks and then stitching it all together. I've also added two different upscales for a better finish and a switch for the NSFW version and another for the SFW version.

In this version 3.5, I've added nodes that improve the quality of the initial image so the video outputs better.

I've also added nodes that improve the quality of the video frames for a sharper image.

I've also added a text generator for each part of the prompt, telling it to describe it as if it were an Oscar-winning film director. This improves the prompts you provide before combining them all into the final prompt with a MinimaxH3 structure.

Now you just need to copy the PNG information from the image into each section so ComfyUI can work its magic.

If you use my Illustrious wildcards, it will be easier because my prompt structure, designed to use wildcards, separates everything into blocks that are easier to detach for each square.

In version 3.0 I added a node that saves the video prompts in text and I also added the node to load loras and the MinimaxDirector.

Hi: I've created this workflow with a subgraph where you can fill in the prompts for the video in a form format. If you're unsure what to enter at any point, don't worry. I've also set it up to recognize the image and then combine what you type with what it recognizes using the format that MinimaxH3 understands. I've also included a preset with the valid Minimax resolutions so you only need to click a button to select them.

In this article I explain how to use some parts, although it is from version 1.0 of this workflow and there will be things changed.

https://civarchive.com/articles/33528/tips-for-using-my-minimaxh3-workflow
