Prompting Tips for Best Results

✅ Do This:

Start with (Street Photo:1.1) for strongest style adherence
Include the full trigger string to activate all street elements
Specify the focal length — 28mm, 35mm, 50mm, 85mm
Name the city — Milan, Tokyo, Lagos, Istanbul, Mumbai, Lima
Define the light — overcast, golden hour, blue hour, neon night, harsh midday
Anchor the surface — wet asphalt, cobblestones, concrete, puddles, glass
Keep 1–3 human subjects max — crowds are texture, not focus
Add film stock — Portra 400, Cinestill 800T, Tri-X 400, Vision3 5219
Request imperfection — tilted horizon, off-center, imperfect crop, motion blur
Use verbs of movement — crossing, walking, waiting, arranging, playing

❌ Avoid:

Studio lighting or seamless backdrops — this is available-light photography
Posed, model-like subjects looking at camera
Over-smoothed, beauty-retouched faces
HDR, over-sharpened, or plastic digital look
Symmetrical, perfectly centered compositions
Empty streets with no human or urban narrative
Fashion-editorial styling or glamour wardrobe
Overcrowded scenes without a clear visual anchor
Using the trigger string at the end of the prompt (always at the beginning)

What This LoRA Excels At

✅ Candid street portraits – unposed, real, unretouched people
✅ Documentary reportage – narrative urban storytelling
✅ Neon night streets – wet asphalt, signage glow, Cinestill halation
✅ Golden hour sidewalks – warm, nostalgic, long-shadow city light
✅ Black & white street – Tri-X grit, high contrast, classic reportage
✅ Crowd layering – busy markets, crosswalks, transit hubs with depth
✅ Motion blur – walking figures, passing trains, kinetic energy
✅ Wet reflections – rain-slicked streets, puddles, glossy pavement
✅ Environmental context – architecture, signage, laundry, graffiti, stalls
✅ Film emulation – Portra, Cinestill, Tri-X, Vision3 color science
✅ Diverse cities – Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America, Middle East
✅ Texture – concrete, brick, stone, dust, steam, fabric, worn paint

What This LoRA Does NOT Excel At

❌ Studio portraits – this LoRA wants real environments, not backdrops
❌ Fashion editorial – no glamour retouch, no posed perfection
❌ Fantasy, sci-fi, anime – keep it photographic and grounded
❌ Clean, sterile, modern minimalism – it thrives on urban texture
❌ Symmetrical architectural shots – the framing is human, not geometric
❌ Empty landscapes – the city and its people are the subject
❌ Bright cheerful commercial scenes – it prefers honest, moody, real
❌ Overcrowded chaos – 1–3 subjects, crowds as background texture
❌ Heavy post-processing look – no HDR, no over-sharpening

Limitations & Notes for Krea 2

⚠️ Faces can drift toward generic – add specificity: wrinkled hands, weathered face, tired eyes, unshaven, grey hair.

⚠️ Too many subjects dilute the frame – keep 1–3 humans; crowds should be blurred or silhouetted.

⚠️ Color grading can shift warm – for cooler results add muted teal shadows, desaturated palette, cool overcast.

⚠️ Bokeh can be over-applied – specify f/4, deep focus, environmental context for wider street scenes.

⚠️ Cities can look anonymous – always name the city and one local detail (laundry, signage, food stalls, trams).

⚠️ Motion blur must be directed – use slight motion blur on passing cyclists rather than blurry image.

⚠️ (Street Photo:1.1) must be at the very beginning — moving it later reduces its influence.

⚠️ Film grain can be overdone — control with subtle grain, fine 35mm grain, Kodak Portra 400 texture.

Final Notes

Feedback and generated images are always welcome. If you encounter any issues with Krea 2, please tell me — I'm actively testing and updating.

The dataset is intentionally diverse: Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East, in sun, rain, fog, neon, and golden hour — because the street never looks the same twice.

Walk slow. Look close. Shoot unposed.
