Character meant to be depicted as 18 years old and older. I love this chick. She shows up everywhere. Pretty much in every episode. Juxtaposed to the "Emo Girl" background character. One of the most, if not, the most used background character. She'll show up to pretty much every event no matter how niche it is. She shows up so often, one of my favorite instances is in an episode where it shows a flashback taking place 25 years in the past, and guess what? There she is. Same appearance and everything. X-Files theme plays.
