Trained on my Wan image dataset from 605 image captures from teen titans (including a small subset of NSFW qwen edit images).

There are a lot of issues, that I will try to fix in future versions. It gets the main cast aside from beast boy right for the most part. Every character from the show is in the dataset. I'll provide descriptions below. Some work, some don't. Use the description + character tags. Using a ref image for the characters would help a lot too. I learned from doing a few of these, if the base model knows the character it trains a lot easier and more accurately. Unlike LTX the base model's style of the character does not clash with the training much, its very nice.

The base model knows the characters due to Teen Titan's GO, so some voices work too. Like starfire is quite good. Without this lora you will get Teen Titan's GO style or random cartoon characters.

I trained this on musubi fork using the adapter from circle stone labs. And I tried using these arguments to speed things up: -h3_batched_microbatch --compile

This allowed me to train probably 2-3x as fast. It had stable results around 1500 steps on 8 micro batch around 10s/it. Which is equivalent to similar runs on 1 batch (where we see good results around 12-15k steps). It took around 4 hours to get this checkpoint using this method.

Below is how to prompt each character and their primary outfit with character tag.

Warning, this is primarily a style lora. The description below is copied from my wan lora, but I think can work, otherwise check the samples how I described them. The more detailed you are, the better it will be.
