Earthling female who teaches Autobots traffic laws, like how the clearly blue light on a traffic light is called a “green light”. In addition to adding brainrot levels of characters never shutting up, the dub makes her father Hispanic, leading later material to give her a matching surname. I dropped Dim and Alpha to 16/8 because her native style is jank anyways: This show has the jank animation the trilogy is known for, but while Energon at least sometimes tried to avoid showing humans and mid-2000s TV CGI robots in the same shot for long, Cybertron just did not care so it looks even worse. Luckily Episode 42 (“Ambush”) inexplicably has better animation than average and is focused on Lori, so her outfit of the second half actually has more data (21 outfit 1 vs. 28 outfit 2 vs. 11 Atlantis t-shirt vs. 3 other) with better average quality. Even then, her physique varies quite a bit from shot to shot, so it will vary in generation unless you steer it.
