В своей папке custom_nodes/neron_dialog_autoprompter/vendor/2. У соседа ComfyUI-LLM-text-processor/vendor/3. Если подставится «чужой» — сервер упадётс ошибкой:mismatch between text model (n_embd = 4096)and mmproj (n_embd = 3584)Что делать:1. Если получишь ошибку mismatch — нода напишетоб этом прямо в чате и подскажет, что делать.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━⚠️ ЕЩЁ ВАЖНО• После смены языка — перезагрузи ComfyUI• Одна модель в Директоре и Сценаристе = экономия RAM• Свежая версия ComfyUI обязательна• Длина видео указывается в секундах• Для 8 ГБ VRAM — модель Q4_K_M (6.83 ГБ),для 12 ГБ — Q5/Q6, Q8 (10.5 ГБ) — только 16+ ГБ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━📥 СКАЧАТЬWorkflow и все ноды:github.com/neron5480-cell/neron-video-minimax-h3-i2v....................................................................................................................................🎬 Built on top of my previous workflow Neron Video MiniMax H3 v3.0.Same pipeline — plus a conversational node.A normal generator requires you to know what to say. This system is the opposite. It asks.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━🔓 ALL NODES ARE FULLY AUTONOMOUSEach node works on its own and is compatiblewith ANY workflow. Not tied to this one. What that means:• The Director can be pulled out and dropped intoany other graph — LTX, Flux, whatever.• The Screenwriter works as a regular LLM processorin any pipeline that needs text.• Camera Operator controls the camera independently.• Style, Generator, Color-Fix — also autonomous.A node doesn't know where it was plugged in. It onlyknows its inputs and outputs. Everything else isn'tits business.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━❓ THE MAIN FEATURE — THE DIRECTORA brand new conversational node. Talks to you likean experienced film director and assembles the promptitself.🟢 YOU DON'T NEED TO KNOW HOW PROMPTS ARE WRITTEN.Forget about:✗ complex terms ("cinematic", "shallow depth offield", "dolly zoom")✗ prompt structure (what goes in what order)✗ syntax, tags, brackets, weights✗ what camera angles are called✗ what "first frame", "reference", "pose" meanJust say in your own words what you want:"girl dancing""dragon flying""I want it to look beautiful"The Director will:• ask the right questions• pull the details out of you• break it into understandable parts• assemble a finished prompt• and explain anything that's unclearA beginner arrives with an idea — leaves with afinished video. No courses, no tutorials, no guides.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━📋 WHAT THE DIRECTOR CAN DO• 🖼 Understands UP TO 4 images at once:— reference (main image)— intermediate frames (up to 2)— last frameEach used for its own purpose.• 🌫 Works with NO images at all.Text-to-video mode. No rewiring needed — justdon't connect anything, and the Director willdraw the scene from scratch by your description.Creates a black placeholder frame by itself.• 📐 Without images, size is set manually:— ready presets (cinema 16:9, phone 9:16,square, classic, wide, vertical)— manual mode (your own width / height)— divisibility: 8 / 16 / 32 / 64 / 128• 👶👨‍💻 TWO MODES:— Beginner mode: only chat and presets. All techstuff hidden. Works out of the box.— Pro mode: all widgets open — model, systemprompt, n_ctx, n_gpu_layers, temperature, language switch, sizes, etc.• 💾 SESSION SAVE (in pro mode)The dialogue is saved to disk. Restart ComfyUI —continue from where you left off.• 🌐 TWO LANGUAGESRussian and English. One-click switch via thesystem prompt file. After switching language — restart ComfyUI.• 🎵 SPLITS SOUND INTO TWO PARTSDiegetic noise (footsteps, wind, fabric, breathing)and music — separately. Writes them into thetechnical prompt correctly.• 🩺 EXPLAINS IN PLAIN WORDS IF SOMETHING BREAKSIf llama-server crashes — the chat shows a redmessage with the reason and the steps to fix it.In Russian or English — matching the systemprompt. No need to dig into the console andsearch the web.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━🧠 THE PAIRED NODE — SCREENWRITERTurns the artistic prompt from the Director intothe technical format of MiniMax H3.Also supports up to 4 images.5 generation modes:A — video continuationB — one image (first frame)C — composition from severalD — first frame + last frameE — multi-reference + last frame━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━📦 WHAT ELSE IS INSIDE• Camera Operator — camera control (Auto / Manual)• Style — up to 5 LoRAs, each independent• Generator — MiniMax H3 with real-time preview• Post-processing — color correction, upscale,RIFE, video assembly with audio━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━⚙️ REQUIREMENTS• Recent ComfyUI version• Vision model GGUF: Qwen 2.5-VL, Qwen 3.5, LLaVA,MiniCPM-V, etc. → ComfyUI/models/LLM/• mmproj file for that same model → same folder• 8+ GB VRAM for 7B, 16+ GB for 9BInternet — only for the first launch:the node downloads llama-server.exe once (~200 MB),then it works from cache.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━⚠️ ABOUT LLAMA-SERVER — READ THIS IF YOU'RE NEWThe Director works through a language model. For thatit needs llama-server.exe — a separate program thatdoes NOT ship with ComfyUI and is NOT downloadedwith the node. The node looks for it in three places:1. In its own folder custom_nodes/neron_dialog_autoprompter/vendor/2. In the neighbour ComfyUI-LLM-text-processor/vendor/3. If nowhere — DOWNLOADS IT ITSELF (~200 MB, once)What you need to do:• If you have ComfyUI-LLM-text-processor — nothing,it will be found automatically.• If not — just connect to the internet on the firstlaunch. The download takes 1–3 minutes.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━🚨 THE MAIN TRAP — MMPROJA vision model has TWO files:• the model itself — Qwen3.5-9B-...gguf• mmproj — the model's "eyes" — mmproj-F16.ggufThey MUST be from the SAME repo. Otherwise the modelwon't see images. The problem: the name mmproj-F16.gguf is used by manymodels — Qwen2.5-VL, Qwen3.5, and a dozen others. They all land in the same folder models/LLM/ andoverwrite each other. If the wrong one gets picked —the server crashes with:mismatch between text model (n_embd = 4096)and mmproj (n_embd = 3584)What to do:1. Go to the page where you downloaded the model.2. Download the mmproj FROM THE SAME REPO.3. RENAME it so you don't mix it up, e.g.:mmproj-F16.gguf → mmproj-Qwen3.5-9B-F16.gguf4. Put it into models/LLM/ and select it in the node.5. If you get a mismatch error — the node will sayso right in the chat and tell you what to do.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━⚠️ ALSO IMPORTANT• After switching language — restart ComfyUI• Same model in Director and Screenwriter = saves RAM• Recent ComfyUI version required• Video length is set in seconds• For 8 GB VRAM — use Q4_K_M (6.83 GB),for 12 GB — Q5/Q6, Q8 (10.5 GB) — only for 16+ GB━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━📥 DOWNLOADWorkflow and all nodes:github.com/neron5480-cell/neron-video-minimax-h3-i2v
