<p>This is a MiniMax H3 workflow focusing on a few problems I've been trying to fix: the oily/plastic look from acceleration LoRAs, blurry distant faces, and quality loss in high-motion scenes. I also added a two-stage latent upscale workflow, so you can generate a quick low-res preview first, find a good seed, and then refine it to around 1080p. This saves quite a bit of time compared to doing the full-resolution generation every time. The workflow also uses a merged H3 model, so text-to-video, image-to-video, first/last frame, and multi-reference generation can all be handled in basically the same workflow.<br />For more details, please check the note within the workflow.</p><p>If you don't have the hardware to run this workflow locally, you could try this online (Free 48GB GPU）.</p><p>Links: <br />Dmad+SelfLift:<br /><a target="_blank" rel="ugc" href="https://www.runninghub.ai/post/2112077694410633218/?inviteCode=rh-v1546">https://www.runninghub.ai/post/2112077694410633218</a><br />Cinematic Version:<br /><a target="_blank" rel="ugc" href="https://www.runninghub.ai/post/2101654857613963265/?inviteCode=rh-v1546">https://www.runninghub.ai/post/2101654857613963265</a><br />V1:<br /><a target="_blank" rel="ugc" href="https://www.runninghub.ai/post/2094673232666742786/?inviteCode=rh-v1546">https://www.runninghub.ai/post/2094673232666742786</a><br /><br /><span style="background-color:rgb(26, 27, 30);color:rgb(193, 194, 197);font-family:-apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, &quot;Segoe UI&quot;, Roboto, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif, &quot;Apple Color Emoji&quot;, &quot;Segoe UI Emoji&quot;;font-size:16px">Check the tutorial video for instructions before using this workflow:</span><br />Dmad+SelfLift Version:</p><div data-youtube-video><iframe width="640" height="480" allowfullscreen="true" autoplay="false" disablekbcontrols="false" enableiframeapi="false" endtime="0" ivloadpolicy="0" loop="false" modestbranding="false" origin playlist src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/e3qljriQYOk" start="0"></iframe></div><p><br />Cinematic Version:</p><div data-youtube-video><iframe width="640" height="480" allowfullscreen="true" autoplay="false" disablekbcontrols="false" enableiframeapi="false" endtime="0" ivloadpolicy="0" loop="false" modestbranding="false" origin playlist src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/tmw2QOFaaPI" start="0"></iframe></div><p><br />V1:</p><div data-youtube-video><iframe width="640" height="480" allowfullscreen="true" autoplay="false" disablekbcontrols="false" enableiframeapi="false" endtime="0" ivloadpolicy="0" loop="false" modestbranding="false" origin playlist src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/RicFavgpL5o" start="0"></iframe></div><p></p>

MiniMax H3 All-In-One Uncensored Workflow (NSFW)

<p>In this new version we use Dmad 4step merged lora and SelfLift two stage sampling. It is much faster, while keep the quality in check. Plus an experimental motion fix lora set.</p>
