You do.
A character LoRA for Alya. The trigger
alyaroshidere
carries her: the long silver hair with the ahoge, the blue eyes and her face. The kit line puts on her Seiren Academy uniform: the grey cropped blazer over the black vest and white shirt, the red bow tie, the black pleated skirt, the white thighhighs and the red hair ribbon. All her clothing lives under this one trigger: replace the kit line with any outfit (swimsuit, casual, dress) and she wears that instead; her hair and eyes stay.
🧩 Version

🔵 v1.0 Anima — for Anima / Qwen-Image DiT checkpoints. ✅ Works in the Civitai on-site generator. Weight 1.0.

🟠 Remapped Anima 2.9B — this version is the same LoRA remapped onto the 40-layer Anima-2.9B layout (weight 0.5–0.7, no patch node needed). It is a remap, not a retrain, so there may be issues with the 2.9B version — if there is enough interest I may retrain it natively for 2.9B.

📋 Prompt
Start with
alyaroshidere
, then the kit line, then your pose and scene.

alyaroshidere, school uniform, grey jacket, blazer, open jacket, black vest, white shirt, collared shirt, red bowtie, black skirt, pleated skirt, white thighhighs, hair ribbon, red ribbon

💡 Tips

The red ribbon is an accessory: keep
hair ribbon, red ribbon
in the prompt when you change her outfit and still want it.

The kit words are load-bearing: paste the whole line, not the trigger alone.
black vest
is the piece under the blazer.

Weight 1.0 is where she sits best.

Keep her to one character per image: with a second girl in frame, the other one can borrow her hair or kit.

More of my LoRAs: Techannel on Civitai — likes & Buzz keep the factory running ❤️
