Vera Kostadinova is a fictional adult Bulgarian elite gymnast and off-season
contortion performer character LoRA for Krea 2.

She has fair skin, gray eyes, dark auburn hair in a braided bun, and a stable
adult face at age 27. Her body is compact, exceptionally slender, lean, and
highly flexible, with defined shoulders, a narrow waist, long-looking toned
legs, and light elegant musculature.

Vera is built for grounded adult sports and performance editorials rather than
impossible anatomy. Her strongest scenes specify exact apparatus, support
surfaces, joint positions, hand ownership, balance, and gaze.

The model supports:

- tight identity, waist-up, three-quarter, side-view, seated, walking, stage,
 and full-body compositions;
- gymnastics halls, flexibility studios, rehearsal rooms, backstage corridors,
 theater stages, dressing rooms, windows, and rainy performance entrances;
- plum, burgundy, charcoal, navy, and black leotards, unitards, warmup sets,
 fitted trousers, jackets, and secure performance tops;
- balance beams, low rings, rhythmic ribbons, barres, mats, resistance bands,
 chalk bowls, wrist tape, benches, and simple performance accessories;
- training, balance, flexibility, rhythmic, stage, backstage, recovery,
 beauty, rain, victory, and hero scene families.

**Recommended strength:** `1.0`

**Useful range:** `0.8-1.1`

For consistent identity and body, request:

`fictional adult Bulgarian woman age 27, fair skin, gray eyes, dark auburn hair in a braided bun, compact exceptionally slender highly flexible adult athlete, refined defined shoulders, narrow waist, long-looking toned legs, light elegant musculature`

For reliable gymnastics poses, describe every support and contact explicitly.
Example:

`left foot planted on one low practice beam, right leg extended behind below hip height, both empty arms extended horizontally, gaze fixed on the beam end`

Avoid vague requests such as `extreme contortion`, which can invite broken
joints or fetishized anatomy. Prefer bounded poses such as:

- `controlled arabesque on one low beam`;
- `straight-body support on two low rings above one mat`;
- `upright side split on one blue mat`;
- `standing split with raised leg supported by one waist-high barre`;
- `handstand preparation with both palms planted and one foot still grounded`.

Keep Vera unmistakably adult and professional. Avoid school-gym settings,
student language, childish styling, fetish contortion, impossible spinal bends,
dislocated joints, bulky bodybuilder mass, logos, and real organization claims.

Vera is a fictional adult character age 27 and is not based on an actual
person.

Vera Kostadinova | Elite Gymnast & Contortion Performer | Character LoRA

Initial Krea 2 release. The owner approved Vera's twenty-image training dataset
and submitted it for training.

The epoch-10 adapter passed identity review across six genuinely unseen scenes:
low-ring support, practice-beam balance, rhythmic-ribbon recovery, a supported
bridge, a chalk-bowl portrait, and a rainy performance arrival.

For the creative launch gallery, the owner requested a somewhat slimmer
presentation. The resulting twenty-image gallery preserves elite-athlete
credibility while emphasizing an elegant narrow silhouette and lighter refined
musculature. It spans identity portraits, beam, rings, ribbon, barre, mat work,
handstand preparation, recovery, backstage, rain, stage performance, dressing
room, victory, and hero scenes.
