This model was trained on small dataset of high quality public Jenna Ortega images. Works with Flux.1-dev, Flux.1-schnell, Shuttle 3 Diffusion and another Flux models. Lora strength shows good results in 1.0-1.5 range (In your case there may be other values. Usually on finetunes higher values are preferable).

I'm not getting her likeness with Flux1-dev. My full settings in Forge are in the screenshot, including the prompt, model, sampler and other important data.

Your prompt works fine in ComfyUI. Most likely it's a Forge issue. Looking at the images it looks like Forge doesn't apply lora to Flux at all. Try changing from default automatic to some other in "Diffusion in Low Bits" settings https://imgur.com/a/uwTozwP.
@fatalityai - I literally have about 1700 flux loras. Forge has no problem with LoRAs. I use them every day all day. I have had this problem once before, and I spent 2 days trying all the settings, using different clip models and text encoders and different quants and different full models. No solution helped, and the guy made another model in fp16 instead of fp8 and it worked. He and I had a long back and forth about it, and I really spent a LOT of time trying to get it to work. In the end, it does not work, and I don't have a thorough enough understanding to know why.

I already have literally 15 working Jenna Ortega models. I don't need another one. I'm just letting you know that your LoRA is not working for me, with very basic settings, using the full flux dev model, using one of the most popular GUIs for running models. I thought you might want to know.
I'll go one step further and test another of your models to see if it works or not.
It seems like if a part of your userbase isn't able to use your model you would be concerned.
Oh, my bad, this is your only model. I would adjust my training settings and maybe test with Forge going forward.
@leisure_suit_larry Ok, thanks for noticing that it doesn't work in forge. Maybe it will be useful to someone.
