Here is a LoRa trained on Rugrats, both the babies version and the grownups version.
I wanted to create a LoRa able to render all characters as babies and grownups, as well as in between or as adults. However, I could not get enough good quality pictures, even reworking them with RealESRGAN_x4plus_anime_6B and g'mic, so instead I created a style LoRa able to generate characters in Rugrats style.
Use : <lora:Rugrats_AGU-22:0.76> ( The name is slightly different in my example pics because I had to rename the file for the upload not to fail and replace "+" for "_". )
For my example pics I generated Angelica, Chuckie ( aka La Binocle ) and Kimmy. I was not able to generate the other characters :( so instead I had fun generating Rugrat Lilo, Rugrat Dora, Rugrat Harry Potter, Rugrat Hermione, Rugrat Louise Belcher, Rugrat Magnum P.I., and Rugrat Fresh Prince of Bel Air !
I used various models, their names seem to have been striped from the infos : kidsmix, hellokid, cityedgeDollymix, mixtapeRockNRoll...

Small note: If you hit 'copy genertinn data', it shows the hash for what model you used. Also, I cannot get your lora to work at all. Like, it does nothing for the picture. I've copied your generation data for the first picture and inputted it into several models, both with and without your Lora, for little difference between the pics. None of them looking like rugrats.
Use <lora:Rugrats_AGU-22:0.76> instead of <lora:Rugrats+AGU-22:0.76>

You've actually got the _ in the generation data. So yes, I've been using that.
I downloaded it to try and it works here. I also downloaded your picture, open it in "png infos", sent to txt2img and generated, and it worked for me... So I do not understand why it doesn't work for you. :( Do other Loras work ? Are you sure you put it in "automatic1111/models/Lora/" ? Maybe try manually renaming the file to just "rugrats", no uppercase, no "-" or anything.
@Dom83 Okay. Fixed the problem. It was on my end. Never realized the locon extension was discontinued. Fixed it and the lora works fine now.
If you still have the data, can you please make an Illustrious version?
I was sure I made an illustrious version, but apparently I didn't. I checked, I only have the pictures, unsorted, not the text files anymore, which are annoying to create, but I'll try.
I tried but it's not good so I won't upload it on civitai. If you want to try it anyway, here it is:
