Beneath the sun where deserts gleam,
A guardian rises from the Nileās stream.
Her tides bring change, none can dismiss,
All bow before Nessa Anubis.

Thank you for it. May I ask how does she qualify as an OC as she is a character from Pokemon.
Glad you like it!
I've actually been wanting to discuss this topic of OCs for awhile. I lazily labeled this character design as an OC but I think its more accurate to call it an "original redesign" so I put it in this collection https://civitai.red/collections/10770010 . If I think something is truly original I put it this collection https://civitai.red/collections/10419357
That said, I dont think this way of thinking is perfect so I've definitely been wanting to get input!
My current thinking is that this worthy of being called "original" is because the outfit/concept is my idea. I was thinking yes its "Nessa" but the decision making: clothes style, her animal ears, color palette and Egpytian theme are original. If I had just changed one more detail, for example make her hair pink, then she wouldn't even look like Nessa anymore, right?
So if simply changing one thing, like hair color, is enough for to be 100% original then its worthy of being called "original redesign".
Or at least thats what I was thinking! lol š¤£
I'm really glad you asked because I've been really curious to hear what someone would think of my theory. So what do you think? Am I missing something?
