I have to ask but why use a checkpoint which doesn`t have a working VAE to produce your previews?
The images do actually look nice, so I think you`re doing yourself an injustice
The site I trained the model on doesn't have the best documentation, this was the first Pony compatable 2d model I could find while I was trying to upload it.
