If you want to get results like my samples you MUST use aDetailer with a denoise of .50-.60 and a cfg of 5.5 - 7.5,
also you should get the accompanying TI Textual Inversion, I made for her, I trained these to work together for maximum flexibility. By adjusting the weight on either the lora and or the ti you can make it work basically anywhere with enough patience.
