I strongly recommend adding 'jewelry' to your negatives. It will significantly improve drawing around the nose (the model has a hard time not seeing the hook as a piercing it would seem).

Use around 1.0, should be fine to go up from there if things aren't drawing completely. On anime models you might need to bump it up quite a bit to get draws, but it won't mess up the image.
