Please use higher resolution training data.
For XL/Pony, a minimum of 1024*1024 pixels.
For SD, a minimum of 512*512 pixels.
This is the main reason all your samples look so low quality.
Keep up the good work though, we need more loras about mature/older people.
Thus is a temporary file. Once my model is ready I will generate a quality image. Thank you. I'm still learning new things by the day and definitely more mature loras on the way.

If you can, try to find images originally at high resolution. Upscaling should be done very rarely if at all in the training data. Downscaling is fine though.
If you have to retouch your images, save them as PNG instead of webp/jpg, or you'll get compression artifacts.
You should also include images in portrait dimensions (e.g.: 832x1216) in your training data, especially for character loras.
