I think I still have that toy somewhere! I don't even remember the show, but I remember that action figure.
it's part of the Ranken Bass Thundercats universe as the studio was declining they worked with a early 4kids productions to make 3 animal theamed shows with a setting based on the theme animal. thundercarts was land based. Sliverhawks were space based cyborgs who also covered air and had a early educational end segment teaching about space and there was a less secessfull underwater show. when WB animation the current owners uses the combined IP they mainly use the best rated Thundercats who had the better LJN toys. the Silverhawks toys has issues with the vac silver layer coming off.
