This is based off ponygirl/bdsm style created by Ferres in A Passage East which I think that's what it's called. The uniqueness of this design is the rigid corset and the downward spiked collar, forcing the head upwards, similar to a witches fork. Combined with the hood (when its not too shy to show up) Illustrious is really good at these limited dataset concepts.

This is not intended to be a fully-formed concept but is really fun to mess around with. Enjoy!
