Oh man, this is fabulous! This is such a striking design, I always liked it but I thought it would be prohibitively elaborate to ask about. This is remarkable, though! The Cybermen designs are so artistic...and terrifying.

There was a comic story in Doctor Who Magazine years ago, called "The Good Soldier", which I think had this type of Cybermen in it. If you should ever want to add to this LoRA, it may be a decent source of images.
