Same concept as the version I made for Pony, basically this is intended to make nsfw images look "better", but of course it's completely subjective (self-indulgent).

I'm not sure what exact effects it has, but most noticeably it improves the presence of male characters and makes body proportions look a bit less exaggerated.

The "Female Gaze Hetero" pool on Danbooru was a very big inspiration for this!
