One question, maybe i am to stupid to see, what checkpoint model did you use for your examples, with my standards i cannot get the face good ennough.
Once I get an embedding done I usually run a batch with a bunch of different models, just to get a general view of how it'll look with different realism models. Each of the models I use should be in the image data. I will note that I do "cheat" it a little by running the images through ADetailer afterward with the same prompt data at 50 steps, to try to clean up the images a little for public consumption. If you're not getting similar results, that could be the reason why.

I belive i found my mistake. There is obviously a difference on where you place the trigger.
I get much better results if i set it right on top of all other statements.
Took me a while to figure that out by getting back step by step.
I will come up here with some results.
