Looking at the examples, I noticed most of the faces are better (closer to real people) than with other Flux checkpoints. But I rather not to download 25GB (with <50% of the space actually used by unet). And not all of us have GGUF-compatible software. So could you please upload safetensor fp8 unet-only (11+Gb) version? Looks like that format becoming defacto default for Flux.
NF4 is smaller then FP8, the size your looking at includes the TE, if you factor in FP8 TE it much larger
