I noticed msRealPOVBlowjobLora_v10 and quiron_BlowjobTopofHeadPOV_V2_lora working well together, so I merged them for easier use. Seems to work well with realistic, 2.5d and anime models. That being said, it still often needs multiple tries to get a “good” image.
Trigger word is blowjob, see examples. ("pov" or "from above" helps, but not necessary)

Could you please explain why size is so big? Why so many dimensions, are there any profits in gens? Thank you in advance
Many dimensions mean many details, details the model, the lora is used on, might not have on its own. Like how to do nails, lips, dicks etc. See the examples, The lora works with most models I would say, but maybe less dimensions would have worked too, I didn't test too much.
Edit: added a smaller version that still works ok
