I had a lot of trouble representing this pose, so I created a LoRA file specifically for it. This is just a concept study, and it’s still far from consistently producing good results. If you decide to use it, keep in mind that it’s more likely to give poor results than good ones. In particular, the depiction of fingers often makes many images unusable. However, if you have some patience, you’ll likely manage to achieve a few appealing results. I’ve also only tested this LoRA with ComfyUI.

This doesn't work for me. And literally every flux-D LoRA I've downloaded works except for this one.
You shouldn't have any probs in ComfyUI. In Forge, you have to set the 'Diffusion in Low Bits' dropdown to 'Automatic (fp16 LoRA)'. This isn't necessary when you use the full 32 bit model. (Thx to DetroitArtDude for this info)
I can confirm that this lora basically doesn't work.
