IMPORTANT UPDATE:
Illustrious 1.0 has been released to the public. Despite the mixed results the few LORAs people have made with it were pretty good despite the compatibility issues with other checkpoints so I decided to give it a try myself.
AFAIK 1.0 merges aren't really a thing yet so expect popular checkpoints like WAI to have compatibility issues until they've been updated. However as long your tagging is good and you're using the recommended settings by the checkpoint makers you SHOULD be okay.
