Very cool. I'm surprised there aren't more "horny" lora's. Kudos!
The "rings of head" were likely caused by training on Blue Archive characters. Photoshop them out of the training images to prevent this in future versions.
Replace "rings of head" with "halo" in the negative prompt, and that should work better to prevent it.
