Weight: 1 seems to be the sweet spot.

Enjoy it, turned out very good despite the few available material.
it's not just you, I tried cooking Weser on pony and nothing I could do got her functional, so do not feel bad you're not alone. lol
Yeah, I don't know really, Pony sometimes work very well on characters with scarce datasets... hell I've managed to get good results even with obscure characters starting up from only 3 source pictures but this... seems like a special case, I did noticed and figured out in the end that I messed up some settings I forgot to change when I transferred the dataset from Illustrious to train the Pony version, yet even after correcting the settings, the LoRA still turned out.......... eh.... so I still preferred not to release a Pony version yet...
To this point I honestly like Illustrious more than Pony in general as it delivers results I'm more satisficed with, especially with some original characters I've been porting but you know, I know there are still people in love with Pony so when it comes to public releases I'm still trying to push out Pony releases when possible, but nope, this time Weser said "no, I don't wanna go to Pony, sorry pal".
