This is a LoRA for a character in a well-known hentai called Youkoso Sukebe Elf no Mori e, Misery Stentrem is a dark elf mage (even though she has white skin) that is part of the 3 dark elves that at first want to capture the mc. Later on, she becomes a sweet but definitely not wholesome mommy. There is a LoRA for slit pupil eyes that can help get the pupils more accurate. It's kind of difficult to get her outfit exactly 1 to 1 but it does a good enough job.

@nico911 I looked up Hugging face ToS and I didn't find any part about Loli or minors. Maybe you can upload it there. If I understood correctly, it says they don't have any content moderation. They leave responsibilities to users and creators but may terminate accounts if they deem it right (like any and all platforms).
@nico911 For the past month, I have seen several LoRAs that depicted what most would call lolis and are still up. For example Ushiwakamaru FGO opened with a standard image of ushiwakamaru who shows underboobs. The current images on display have big breasts and you can see in the last one that the model was forced to do it with prompt. Another example: Anri Haysworth LoRA literally started with a nsfw image of her, then it was removed and finally replaced with a normal one. I also remember some miscellaneous LoRAs for random nsfw features that showed lolis but not more than two or three that I remember.
Of course, after the changes I describe here were made, I cannot prove they took place.
