Similar to Surrounded by Penises but now they are freed from those pesky bodies. It is also trained on some disembodied hands but I wouldn't put much faith on them showing up 99% of the time.

Still trained with aom2 nsfw and again should still work well with other anime models but I wouldn't know about realistic models. Things like lora models work great with it.

Tested with weights of 0.5-0.8, any lower than 0.5 might give the bodies an opportunity to reattach the penises to them. CFG of 5.5-9 seemed fine but again depending on your resolution and model these numbers might be different.

You don't need to prompt multiple penises and can just generate an image with only one if you want that. Another thing is these penises are pretty mischievous so expect ones with heads on both ends, facing the wrong way, etc.
